JAKARTA – The Secretariat General of the People’s Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia (Setjen MPR RI) held a discussion on the “Methods in the Socialization of the MPR RI Four Pillars” at the Nusantara V Building on Monday (19/10/2026).
Opened by the Head of the Secretariat of the MPR RI Socialization Body, Adi Kristianto D.P., the forum aimed to design communicative and effective dissemination models tailored to the characteristics of the 2026 audience.
Legal expert Dr. Ir. Yapiter Marpi, alongside Dr. (c) Marselinus and Muchtar, presented a radical shift in Indonesia’s constitutional system from ‘executive heavy’ to ‘checks and balances’ post-constitutional amendments, while emphasizing the absolute principle of equality before the law to maintain social harmony in a diverse nation.
